Whirlwind wedding week... Part 1

WE'RE MARRIED!
But to catch up on our week in Indiana...
We left late Tuesday, June 1st, and drove to just North of Nashville. I think it was almost 1:30am when we went to sleep. We were back on the road by 8am, and arrived in Indianapolis around 2pm. We went straight to the County Clerk's office (WOW, was THAT an experience!), secured our marriage license, and drove to Terre Haute to have dinner with Bryan's parents. Bryan had been having trouble with his ear, so after our meeting with the Minister Thursday, we made a trip to an urgent care center. After a lot of probing, irrigation, and a prescription for ear drops, Bryan was hearing well again, and we were on our way to spend the night with Jeremy, Kristy, Riley, and Tucker! It was past Riley's bedtime, but Tucker was awake for his first time meeting Uncle Bryan! The next morning, Riley was pleased to find "Bry-Jenny" in her house! She poured some drinks for us in her kitchen, and whipped up some spanish rice before we had to leave. Friday started with acrylic nails and a pedicure for the ladies (my Mom, me, and Miranda, my guest-book and programs girl extraordinaire). It ended with rehearsal at the church, and dinner after at Bravo!

(Dessert was, of course, served last, but these pictures loaded in reverse order.)
Tucker was an exceptionally good baby the entire week! Too bad noone wanted to hold him. ;) Grampy with Tucker, and Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Holcomb
Tucker just couldn't believe the stripes on Uncle Bryan's shirt!

It was so much fun seeing our families blend and interact during the rehearsal and at dinner. After a long year in Atlanta, it was a special treat to be surrounded by our families... all in one place! We pray it's just the first of many!
