Conficker virus

Oh dear. My computer acquired a VIRUS. It quickly and completely ruined my harddrive and wireless card, and rendered the "system restore" function completely useless. I feel like I have been trapped in the 1980's for the past couple of days. I wanted to update/balance my checkbook and thought, "How do I do that without the internet???" I'm somewhat up and running again, but with a wireless USB adapter. Please beware of google searches that show your search term tacked onto a video link. That's what got me into this mess. Bryan and I are literally waist deep in boxes and "stuff," trying to get things ready to move Sunday morning. I have had a cold for the past couple of days and haven't felt like doing much, and Bryan is just exhausted from working so hard this past month on his current service. He's been going in most days at 5am and not getting home until 8pm or later. I have no new pictures for this post, since that blasted virus wiped out my harddrive, but I will try to take some new ones in the next couple of days. Jenny
